株式会社KRaft（以下「当社」といいます）は、本ウェブサイト上で提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます）において、お客様・お取引先様・ユーザー（以下「お客様等」といいます）からお預かりする個人に関する情報（第1条に定める情報をいい、以下「個人情報」といいます）を保護し、適切に利用することは当社の重要な社会的責任であると認識し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を制定し、誠実に実行します。
第1条（個人情報）
当社がお客様等からお預かりする情報には、氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、国籍、パスポート、ビザ、当社が定める入力フォームにお客様等が入力する情報、お客様等の指示により当社スタッフが入力する情報、本サービスをご利用いただくためにお客様等より提供を受けた情報、旅行業者等がお客様等からご宿泊予約等を受ける際にお客様等より提供を受けた情報、クレジットカードに関する情報等お取引に不可欠な情報を含みます。
第2条（個人情報の収集方法）
当社は、お客様等が利用登録をする際に氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス，銀行口座番号、クレジットカード番号、運転免許証番号などの個人情報をお尋ねすることがあります。また、お客様等と提携先等との間でなされたお客様等の個人情報を含む取引記録や決済に関する情報を、当社の提携先（情報提供元、広告主、広告配信先などを含みます。以下｢提携先｣といいます）などから収集することがあります。
第3条（個人情報を収集・利用する目的）
当社がお客様等からお預かりした個人情報は、以下の目的で収集・利用します。
- 本サービスの提供・運営のため
- お客様等からのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
- 当社からのお知らせを送付するため
- 予約確認、メンテナンス、重要なお知らせ等必要に応じたご連絡のため
- お客様等にご自身の登録情報の閲覧や変更、削除、ご利用状況の閲覧を行っていただくため
- 本サービスにおいて、お客様等に利用料金を請求するため
- 上記の利用目的に付随する目的
第4条（利用目的の変更）
当社は、利用目的が変更前と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる場合に限り、個人情報の利用目的を変更するものとします。利用目的の変更を行った場合には、変更後の目的について、当社所定の方法により、お客様等に通知、または本ウェブサイト上に公表するものとします。
第5条（個人情報の取扱い）
1．お客様等からお預かりした個人情報は、適切かつ慎重に管理し、その漏洩、紛失、誤用、改ざん、不正アクセスの危険防止のため、必要かつ合理的な保護措置を講じます。
2. お客様等からお預かりした個人情報は、本サービスの質を向上させ、お客様の便宜を図るために、取扱いの一部を外部業者に委託することがありますが、この場合も業務委託先に対して適切な管理を行なうよう指示・監督を行います。
第6条（個人情報の第三者への開示・提供）
当社は、次に掲げる場合を除いて、あらかじめお客様等の同意を得ることなく、第三者へ個人情報を開示または提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除きます。
- お客様等本人の同意がある場合
- 法令に基づき開示、提供を求められた場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
- 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
- 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
- 予め次の事項を告知あるいは公表し、かつ当社が個人情報保護委員会に届出をしたとき
- お客様等にサービスを提供する際に必要な範囲内で業務委託先に開示または提供する場合 前項の定めにかかわらず、次に掲げる場合には、当該情報の提供先は第三者に該当しないものとします。
- 当社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
- 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
- 個人情報を特定の者との間で共同して利用する場合であって、その旨並びに共同して利用される個人情報の項目、共同して利用する者の範囲、利用する者の利用目的および当該個人情報の管理について責任を有する者の氏名または名称について、あらかじめ本人に通知し、または本人が容易に知り得る状態に置いた場合
第7条（個人情報の開示）
当社は，本人から個人情報の開示を求められたときは，本人に対し，遅滞なくこれを開示します。ただし，開示することにより次のいずれかに該当する場合は，その全部または一部を開示しないこともあり，開示しない決定をした場合には，その旨を遅滞なく通知します。
- 本人または第三者の生命，身体，財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
- 当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
- その他法令に違反することとなる場合 前項の定めにかかわらず，履歴情報および特性情報などの個人情報以外の情報については，原則として開示いたしません。
第8条（個人情報の訂正および削除）
ユーザーは，当社の保有する自己の個人情報が誤った情報である場合には，当社が定める手続きにより，当社に対して個人情報の訂正，追加または削除（以下，「訂正等」といいます。）を請求することができます。 当社は，ユーザーから前項の請求を受けてその請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には，遅滞なく，当該個人情報の訂正等を行うものとします。 当社は，前項の規定に基づき訂正等を行った場合，または訂正等を行わない旨の決定をしたときは遅滞なく，これをユーザーに通知します。
第9条（個人情報の利用停止等）
1、 当社は，本人から，個人情報が，利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由，または不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由により，その利用の停止または消去（以下，「利用停止等」といいます。）を求められた場合には，遅滞なく必要な調査を行います。
2、 前項の調査結果に基づき，その請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には，遅滞なく，当該個人情報の利用停止等を行います。当社は，前項の規定に基づき利用停止等を行った場合，または利用停止等を行わない旨の決定をしたときは，遅滞なく，これをユーザーに通知します。
3、 前2項にかかわらず，利用停止等に多額の費用を有する場合その他利用停止等を行うことが困難な場合であって，ユーザーの権利利益を保護するために必要なこれに代わるべき措置をとれる場合は，この代替策を講じるものとします。
第10条（法令の遵守）
当社は、確実な個人情報保護の実現のため、個人情報関連法令および関連するガイドラインを遵守します。
第11条（お客様の権利の尊重）
当社は、お客様等の権利を尊重し、お客様等本人の個人情報に関して開示・訂正・削除、または法令に基づくデータポータビリティ権もしくは異議申立ての行使の請求あった場合には、本人確認を行い、合理的かつ必要な範囲内において対応します。
第12条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて、お客様等に通知することなく、変更することができます。当社が別途定める場合を除いて、変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。プライバシーポリシーの重要な変更については、適切な方法でお客様等に通知します。
第13条（同意の取得）
当社は、個人情報を収集する際に、適切な方法でお客様等の同意を取得します。お客様等は、個人情報の提供に同意することにより、本ポリシーに従ってその情報が取り扱われることを承諾します。
第14条（第三者提供時の通知）
当社は、第三者に個人情報を提供する場合、その提供先、提供される情報の内容、提供の目的をお客様等に通知し、またはお客様等が容易に知り得る状態に置きます。

KRaft Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that protecting and appropriately using the personal information (defined in Article 1 below) entrusted to us by our customers, business partners, and users (hereinafter referred to as “Customers etc.”) through the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) is an important social responsibility. When Customers etc. register to use the Services, we may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number. We may also collect transaction records and payment information, including personal information from our partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distributors, hereinafter referred to as “Partners”).
Article 3 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The personal information collected from Customers etc. will be used for the purposes following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Services,
- To respond to inquiries from Customers etc. (including verification of identity),
- To send notifications from the Company,
- To make necessary contact such as reservation confirmations, maintenance, and important notices,
- To allow Customers etc. to access, modify, or delete their registered information and to view their usage status,
- To bill Customers etc. for usage of the Services,
- For purposes related to the above.
Article 4 (Changes to the Purposes of Use)
The Company may change the purposes of use of personal information only if the new purposes are reasonably related to the original ones. If there is a change in purpose, we will notify Customers etc. or publish it on this website in the manner prescribed by the Company.
Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information)
- The personal information we collect is managed appropriately and carefully, and we take necessary and reasonable measures to prevent leakage, loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access.
- We may outsource the handling of personal information to improve the quality of the Services and convenience for the Customers; in such cases, we ensure that appropriate management is maintained by the contractors.
Article 6 (Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from Customers etc., except in cases allowed by the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws, such as:
- When consent has been obtained from the person concerned,
- When required by law,
- When it is necessary to protect life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain consent,
- When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the healthy development of children and obtaining consent is difficult,
- When it is necessary to cooperate with national or local public authorities or their consignees in performing legally stipulated tasks, and obtaining consent might impede the performance of these tasks. Despite the above, we do not consider it as providing to third parties when:
- Outsourcing handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes,
- Providing personal information during business succession due to mergers or other reasons,
- Sharing personal information with specific parties after notifying the person concerned or making it easy for them to know.
Article 7 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When requested by the person, we disclose personal information without delay, unless doing so would harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of that person or others, or significantly hinder the proper execution of our business, or violate other laws. In principle, we do not disclose non-personal information like history or characteristic information.
Article 8 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
Users can request the Company to correct, add, or delete (referred to as “Corrections etc.”) their personal information if it is incorrect, according to the procedures established by the Company. The Company will make such Corrections etc. promptly upon determining that it is necessary to respond to a request. We will notify the user promptly after making the Correction etc. or deciding not to make it.
Article 9 (Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information)
If a person requests the suspension or deletion of their personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the purposes of its use or was obtained by improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigations without delay. If necessary, we will promptly suspend or delete the use of the personal information and notify the user without delay.
Article 10 (Compliance with Laws)
The Company complies with personal information-related laws and guidelines to ensure reliable protection of personal information.
Article 11 (Respect for Customers’ Rights)
The Company respects the rights of Customers etc. and will respond to requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, data portability rights, or objections in accordance with the law after verifying the identity of the person, within a reasonable and necessary scope.
Article 12 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The content of this Policy can be changed without notifying Customers etc., except as otherwise provided by law or specified in this Policy. Changes become effective when posted on the website, except as otherwise specified by the Company. Significant changes will be notified to Customers etc. in an appropriate manner.
Article 13 (Obtaining Consent)
The Company obtains the consent of Customers etc. in an appropriate manner when collecting personal information. By agreeing to provide their personal information, Customers etc. consent to its handling according to this Policy.
Article 14 (Notification at the Time of Providing to Third Parties)
When providing personal information to third parties, the Company notifies Customers etc. of the recipient, the content of the information provided, and the purpose of the provision, or places it in a state easily accessible by them.
